This is basically the same thing as “Why do you want to work here?”, “Why did you apply for this job?”, and “Why do you want to work for our company?” Companies want to hire those who are passionate about the job, so you need to have a great answer about why you want this job.
Tip 1: Try to find a specific feature that the company prices themselves on: training, client base, public image, individuality, etc.
